Working together with esteemed heritage restoration architect Tan Yeow Wooi, SW provided the civil and structural consultation for this Late Straits Eclectic Style shophouse dating back to the 1910s. The restoration involved complex structural work, including exposing heritage steel beams for connection to new RC beams and constructing new pad footings for internal columns.
